At Elayers By Maya, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the fashion pieces in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
